Located at 17 West Atlantic Street This dear cottage is on a canal and just about as cute as it can be. One bedroom plus an upstairs loft, (perfect for the kids), and 1 bath. Central air on first floor and unit upstairs in the loft, w/d and an enclosed porch. Just 1.5 blocks to the beach. Within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping areas. What more could you want? This cottage sleeps 4. As with all of our properties, "No Pets and No Smoking Please". No parking permit with this property.
