Please note the garage will have Owners personal items inside and will be off limits to guests. TV's in every bedroom with DVD's or VCR's. Includes internet access. Located at #4 Fenwick Lighthouse Townhouse MD Ave Just a wonderful townhouse on oceanside of Maryland Ave. This unit has 4 bedrooms plus a loft. Tile floors throughout first floor and carpet on second floor. Nice deck off of loft. Small deck off living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet, 4 TV's and a DVD.Just a very short hop skip and a jump to the beach. Ocean side, mid block (no main roads to cross!). 3 Queens, 5 Singles (one bunk). As with all of our rentals NO SMOKING and NO PETS please. |

Located at #1 West Farmington Street Cute and quaint little two br. and 1 ba. cottage just a bit more then one block to the beach. A/C units, washer/dryer and d/w. Large lot with plenty of room out back for a large boat or boat with jet skis. Perfect little get away for the family that does not need a large home. Sleeps 6-8, 2 (small) singles, one bunk with single on top and a trundle on bottom (folds out to a queen) plus a queen master bed. As with all of our homes NO SMOKING please. |

Located at #7 West Georgetown Street (bayside) Beautiful home "like new" in and out. Extra large 4 Br. and 3.5 Ba. home just 1.5 blocks to the beach. All the amenities plus an elevator connecting every floor. Open decks and screen porch, large open rooms, internet access etc. etc. Just a great home indeed. 1 King, 1 Queen and 7 Singles (two sets of Bunks in one room included in the 7 singles). As with all of our homes, no smoking and no pets please. |
